We ask for at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you try to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time, we will consider that a no-show. All no-show appointments will be subject to a $25 dollar fee. This fee is the patient's sole responsibility and must be paid in full before your next appointment. After 3 no-shows, you will be discharged from the practice.
